I would not recomend using Two Men & Truck. They damaged nearly every single piece of furniture they moved. I am anticipating spending much more money fixing the damage they caused than the actual cost to move. I've had great luck in the past, but this most recent move was terrible. Buyer beware!
I had three men and a truck! Everyone was very friendly and also polite. They were respectful of my belongings and very efficient at what they do. My only problem was they didn't bring sufficient boxes for the kitchen , but I felt like that was a breakdown in communication when I scheduled. As we moved into my new home they were careful, and I didn't even feel like I needed to hover and supervise. Good service; reasonable price with better insurance compared to two other services I received quotes from.
I recently used Two Men and a Truck in Livonia for my Aunt’s move, and the entire experience was OUTSTANDING from start to finish. I loved being able to submit a list of things that I was interested in moving online. The team contacted me the following morning, and they were able to move our belongings two days later. Ivy, Quincy, and Adrian were on time, pleasant, hardworking, and dependable.
This would have been a 4 or 5 star review, but after my move I found a 3" hole punched clean through my drywall in the basement stairwell. They said they were having a hard time moving an item up the stairs and asked me to sign a waiver in case anything got damaged, which I did. Then they told me it would not fit and that they could not move it. Perhaps I should have gone a checked for damage before signing the waiver.
