From what has happened to my friend there is no way that I would use this company. They didn't finish packing her stuff nor move everything. Now she is responsible for packing and moving the rest. Plus getting truck and people to help her. This company charged her outrageous price and didn't finish the job. They know who they didn't not finish moving. From start to finish, this was an outstanding experience! Jan coordinated the move effectively & efficiently. The move itself was the best I have experienced in my eight moving experiences during which professional movers were involved. NOTHING was broken. The delivery men were courteous and fun to work with. Made the delivery a good experience
They backed the truck into a basketball hoop in my driveway and bent it. A few of the guys were looking at it after they hit it and as soon as I walked out they scurried off quick and never said anything about it. I waited till they were done and said something about it and said I would get a call from the manager in a day or two and I never did. I called the office they said the same thing.
