What should have been a straightforward job turned into a billing dispute and unprofessional treatment. **The Issue:** They attempted to charge me for 2 hours 10 minutes when the actual service time was only 1 hour 35 minutes: - Loading: 30 minutes (their estimate) - Travel: 50 minutes (Google Maps verified) - Unloading: 15 minutes (observed) This resulted in a $131 overcharge on top of the agre... read more
Jeff & Fernando were excellent. On time and got straight into working. Very efficient and did a perfect job. Could not be happier with the service. Highly recommend.
