As with any move, items can get damaged. That’s why we pay for the extra insurance…. However, what I’ve experienced is a complete lack of responsiveness when trying to get resolution and compensation for the broken furniture and the damaged floors in my home that occurred when the movers scratched the floors. It’s been almost a month at this point and the office simply says that the claim was filed and they are “working on it”. Highly recommend. Felix and crew were great. Quick and were as careful as possible. Very satisfied.
Had 5 pieces of furniture moved. One was a heavy dresser. The movers didnt seem to realize you cant rotate a heavy piece of furniture directly on a hardwood floor. As a result, it left gouges in refinished hardwood floors that were done less than a year ago. The movers were inexperienced. Just put a towel down. Takes 1 minute. If i wanted the floors scratched i could have moved it myself. Bums Edit: The move is under my wife's name, Teri P., in case they try to respond like i see below with, "We dont have your name on file".
Do not use. Refer to the other 1 star Google reviews which are very accurate. We had a poor experience and wasn't reimbursed for overcharges.
Would not recommend.
