I am very disappointed in the way that they take care of customer satisfaction. I scheduled a move and decided that we didn't want it. I called the next morning to cancel it. With the timing of the scheduling on my part I didn't have 3 days notice to cancel even. they didn't care. They never told me about having to charge me $330 just because i didn't call them that same night that I had scheduled it.
