This is an honest review from someone who has used Two Men and a Truck 7 times over the last 20 years in the Grand Rapids area. Previously, all our moves were local and never had any issues. However this last move was to Northern IN. We decided to let them do some of the packing-mostly the kitchen. Big mistake! It is not their strong suit. One of the 2 packers was new and not trained. Jack and Sid are the best! On top of their positive attitudes, they helped me fit a 2-piece sectional through the living room window since the door was too tight, which I had been worried about for weeks. They were also very respectful and conscientious of timing, so I would definitely recommend them for your next move. So glad I went with the pros at Two Men and a Truck. Austin, Jace, Alex and Brendan were absolutely amazing! They moved our stuff on the coldest day so far this year and were total troopers. They were all kind and polite, and were very careful with our stuff and nothing was damaged. Thank you guys again for your incredible work!
Had a wonderful experience with Master, Antonio, and Jay. Once they got there, they took care of everything, even offering to help with items not going on the truck! They made the day so much easier with their effort and care for our belongings. Really appreciated their positive attitudes through the process as well. Thanks guys!
