Dalton and Meech did a fantastic job. Efficient and professional
The team was punctual and got straight to work without wasting any time. They handled all the furniture with great care, wrapping everything in blankets and protective covers to prevent any damage. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and professional. I’m impressed with their attention to detail and would use their services again!
Alejandro and Joey (and Jeremy to load) were professional, personable, courteous, and efficient. The loading was a struggle: Unable to load all possessions on single truck. This resulted in some anxiety and lost time. Still, the team did everything possible. Our access to new home next day was delayed, but the team was patient and courteous. First, I will say that I've moved with this location 3 times. 2 were good/great. But the last time was awful (1 star). I used them for loading 2 UHaul trucks out of a house for a state-state move. They damaged several places on my walls, like took off paint and damaged trim/drywall, and placed a huge dent my fridge due to carelessness and a guy who thought he could do things himself without a teammate spotter (to their credit, I was able to get a manager out to take photos to document and they're supposedly supposed to fix i... read more
We are still involved in a heart-breaking experience with Two Men. My mother's items were moved and put in storage with Two Men when we moved her to assisted living. My mom was very pleased with the service provided by Two Men. When she died, we moved her property to a far less expensive and secure storage facility. The Two Men facility in Peoria is a warehouse with everyone's things in it--items are just put in several different large stacks that are supposed to be separated by a chain link fence, though most are not.
