I rarely leave negative reviews, but this move was extremely disappointing, especially given the cost. The final price came in about $1,000 over the original estimate so the total came out to over $4k for a move from Miamk to Orlando, yet the experience felt far from “full service.” The movers arrived late despite our elevator being reserved, packing was not completed on schedule, my husband had to help load the truck, and we had to assemble furniture ourselves to keep things moving.
