I honestly feel like most of these reviews have to be fake accounts or paid. I am left feeling completely ripped off after a truly horrible experience with this company taking several hours longer than the quote, getting lost on the way to my house but charging me for that time and damaging my property. This company takes no accountability for the actions of their staff and seem respond to any negative review by saying they have no record of us or our booking. Super shady and weird.
