Fantastic experience! It took longer than expected, the guys were efficient, patient and friendly. Truly an excellent job.
Sean and Kashif were fantastic movers! They worked incredibly hard from start to finish and handled all of our belongings with great care. They were very cautious and took the time to strategize how to move large, heavy furniture through tight spaces without damaging anything. Standing around alot on phone. Damaged brand new appliances. Chucks of wood missing on furniture. Bitching about the inaccuracy of dispatch estimate. Took 2 hours longer than estimate. Unacceptable.
Pablo and Kenny were so kind and considerate throughout the process. They handled everything, and worked quickly to ensure that we weren't overcharged.
Packing and loading from my old place was quickly and efficiently. There were some minor complications that delayed my move in at the new place by a few hours, but the movers stuck with me and were very flexible through the process and got everything unloaded well and helped me place the furniture in a way I wanted.
