Joseph Tabak-Otero at Two Men and a Truck in the Cary, NC office was very polite, helpful, and patient. He was also very detailed when explaining the moving service I was getting, which made the whole process easier and less stressful. Great customer service!
The movers were very professional and so was the gentleman that called. But I will not be working with them again after dealing with rudeness that is Karen. We have had a very difficult time, including having to move twice in less than a month. She showed zero compassion and was so rude, I was kind of glad that they were booked up. She needs some retraining on customer service.
I loved working with these guys! They were great. They were fast, efficient and friendly. They all get along really well and had great communication. They were careful not to damage the house as they moved and lugged things around and up a narrow staircase. I appreciate watching good team work. I was a record setting hot day and they were all still very positive, friendly and fast. It was a good experience. One suggestion: open a merch store! One guy had Two Men and a Truck socks that I loved! I need to get a pair!!!!
I've used this company a few times now both for moving and for junk removal. They always do an awesome job, and their customer service is amazing. You actually talk to real people, not bots, and they care about doing it right. Shout out to my most recent movers, Kyla, Rob K, and Rob L! Also to Javier and Makai for junk removal!
