EXCELLENT SERVICE - VERY CAPABLE 3 MEN WHO MOVED OUR BELONGINGS FROM MANILLA (ONTARIO) TO TORONTO. VERY HARDWORKING, POLITE, FRIENDLY AND VERY CAREFUL WITH ALL THE ITMES THAT HAD TO BE MOVED. Two men an a truck (I love their logo) have been wonderful to work with. They are flexible and responsive to all my little set backs preparing for the move. It was probably the most efficient and pleasant move day I have ever had. Two guys came in, wrapped everything for storage loaded the truck all within the estimated time. We used this company today for my parents move. I’m assuming they subcontracted the work out to a different company as the small sign on the truck door was another name. Unfortunately the two individuals that showed for the move were two of the laziest and slowest moving workers I’ve encountered in some time. The vast majority of the time spent on their phones having multiple conversations while carrying one or two items and moving like the sloth from Zootopia at the DMV. The team arrived prepared with all the necessary materials and took great care in wrapping and protecting my breakables, including mirrors, glass tables, TVs, and couches, to ensure nothing was damaged. The crew was polite, courteous, and efficient throughout the entire move. They worked steadily without wasting time and demonstrated impressive strength in moving my heavy slate tables and equipment.
