We found the entire process to go smoothly. The original estimate was cut back (we had moved some boxes before they arrived) and we thought it was very affordable. Everyone we spoke to was very customer oriented and eager to help. I had used them before and would definitely use them again!
I’m only given one star because the actual movers were very nice guys and hardworking but I will never call this company again or recommend it. The prices are outrageous and ridiculous expensive , they charge since the moment they leave their office. I had to contact this place several times over the course of a week to receive a quote, finally got one. I asked for an update to my quote— never heard from them. When I called to check in on my quote and lock it in, they told me it had been closed out, they suggested it was because I didn’t want to move forward, which was not true, so they had to start the quote process all over again. The team was super accommodating and professional. The supervisor in particular helped make the move super smooth and ensure your belongings all got securely into our new house. Will definitely use them again in the future.
