When I booked my move, the sales representative, Quan, told me the movers were paid by the job, not by the hour, and that this gave them an incentive to work efficiently. Do NOT use this franchise. The team that did my loading service did NOT secure my items well. I bought TV & mirror boxes and they didn’t use them. Just wrapped my TVs and mirrors with cardboard & tape. And did not secure them in my truck. My furniture was not wrapped so I have a damaged coffee table, artwork that snapped in half, a stool that snapped, a shattered mirror and much more. Pure negligence! Would not recommend this service as the movers I had were incredibly slow, not careful with my items, damaged my walls, door, and were overall not professional. In the end they took 1.5 hours longer than they should have and I had to help move so many items just do they could stay on track
The movers were very young and did not care about our property. My husband had to tell them multiple times to be care with our things. Which the reply was Aight Bra! Not professional at all. Also when removing our washer machine (which we found out later they were not supposed to) they left the water running flooding our entire first level to our home.
