Carter and Sebastian were absolutely amazing!!! They were extremely professional, valued my time, and made moving easy!!!
We used Two Men and a Truck to move my in-laws from Cleveland, Georgia to Cumming, Ga. We were informed they would arrive between 9-10:00 am. They called to let us know it would be 10:20. We appreciated the call and realize the truck is having to maneuver winding roads in the North Georgia Mountains. The movers were very professional and wrapped all large items. This company sent 2 people to my house and 1 literally was overheard telling the other person he was going to drag the time out to run up the cost. They literally move 4 beds, 3 dressers and small items and when they got there said it would only take 1.5 hours to load and took 4…then they took over and hour to get to the new house and unloaded without putting the 2 beds together which I paid for… they kept the mattress covers I paid for and then waster 6.5 hours and the total move was not supposed to take longer than 3-4 hou... read more
Thought slats from a bed frame were lost, but they were found in a box in the garage buried by empty boxes and related debris. Revised rating from 4 to 5 stars and 100% kudos to the crew that moved us from Florida to a GA storage facility, and to the second crew that moved us from the storage unit to or Stone Mountain GA condo.
End result included missing metal slats for our queen size bed frame. Either the movers lost them when moving from our Florida condo to a Stone Mountain GA storage facility, or when moving stuff from the storage facility to a nearby condo. End result was we had to order a new queen size bed frame because of movers' error.
