Moved from GA to AL (350 miles) and it was an exceptional experience. The process to request a quote is very thorough and the amount I was quoted is the amount I paid. Follow up from the office team was consistent and they answered all questions. The movers arrived on time and had the truck packed in less time than estimated. They arrived at my new home the following morning to unload and completed that in a timely manner. If I could give a negative 1 million I would. They can't be trusted. They broke three flatscreens and the legs off my $4000 bedroom set. Corporate will only give me $75. They told me I could use a card for holding but not to charge and they still charged the holding card after I gave them the correct card three times. Do not trust Dustin and Frederick.
