charged me $615 total ($100 deposit plus an unexpected $515 at delivery) for a local, cross-town delivery of a full-size bed and frame. When I initially called, I was quoted around $300. Having to clear out a full-size bed because my dad was placed on hospice in his memory care unit was already a stressful and emotional time, and getting hit with a bill more than double the estimate added insult to injury. I am deeply disappointed by this lack of transparent pricing.
I would like to extend my sincere appreciate for my moving team which included Ivan, Ray, and Anthony. They were very professional moving everything quickly and even helped to dry my tears a few times while having to move under difficult circumstances. Even in the rain they continued working together making sure everything was moved in and set up. They truly made this challenging time the most pleasant experience I could have. Thank you!
