I booked Two Men and a Truck to move the contents of my home and I couldn't be happier with the results. There was a thorough assessment with walk through to give me an assessment of the price and timeline. Payment information was taken, and the date and time was set. I just completed a move with Two Men and a Truck, and I'm thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service! My customer agent, Nicole, was outstanding. She took the time to understand my needs, clarified all my doubts, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. Her professionalism and kindness set the tone for a stress-free experience. Best move ever! We had Dustin, Robert and Samuel do our move. Poor guys had to move us out of a 3 floor walk up but, thankfully, move us into a 1st floor unit. It turned insanely hot and humid midway through the move out. Very friendly, professional with a great sense of humour. The ladies in the office, Sarah and Nicole, were great to deal with and responded quickly on all inquiries. Two associates engaged extremely well. They were focused and supportive and behavior becoming of a professional company. Overall I would recommend Two Men and a Truck with this caveat. - do follow-up to ensure that the job is completed as expected & overall management. I made a change to include wardrobe to be packed and moved a few days b4 the moving date. This was not communicated and I did not point out the closet to be packed. We were so pleased with the service from the St. Catharines office of Two Men and a Truck! Ben gave us good estimates and planning. Sarah in the office was extremely helpful at every turn. And we can't say enough in praise of the moving crew of Brennan, Malcolm, and Dustin. They are very efficient packers and movers.
