[This is my second review for Two Men and a Truck and it appears that this review replaced my previous one. Both were good though!I can't say enough good things about Hatter and Ray! They were punctual and treated my furniture with care. But beyond that, they were incredibly patient and kind :) Especially because they had to stay on the job much longer than planned due to an error made by the flooring company. I sincerely thank and appreciate them!

UPDATE: The public response posted here honestly made this situation look even worse. The idea that “Ess,” which is obviously just a Google account name and clearly not a legal government name, was somehow used as a serious basis to dismiss everything raised in the review is genuinely concerning and only reinforced many of the exact issues already mentioned regarding professionalism, accountability, and honesty. Everything was cool at first until the movers dipped and later on me and my son went to move the couch again and noticed a whole hole poked in the back of it. Ain’t NO way that was there before because we KNOW for a fact it wasn’t like that when we moved in. Nobody else could’ve did it either. We paid them a whole lot of money too and even tipped them good because we thought everything was solid. Extremely disappointing experience. After seeing how this company operates firsthand, I would strongly caution customers before trusting them with your belongings or money. Multiple situations were witnessed where customers became extremely upset after receiving final bills that were far beyond what they believed they were originally quoted or led to expect, with additional charges and costs that caused serious frustration and arguments. I was pretty disappointed with our experience with Two Men and a Truck. When booking, we were told three movers would be handling our move, but only two showed up initially. A third person arrived around lunchtime, stayed for a few hours, and then left before the unloading process even began. To make things easier (and knowing we were being billed by the hour), we had already moved about two-thirds of our belongings ourselves before the movers arrived.
