Product and Service Manager Two Men and a Truck have moved me on several occasions...twice in month when I was in a pinch. They are professional, prompt and do an excellent job, making what can be a stressful situation a much more enjoyable experience. My company has also used Two Men and a Truck. Many moves from TMAAT- all great I have used TMAAT many times. Moving furniture from upstairs to down, moving furniture we inherited to another relative's apartment, Moving heavy furniture ( including an organ) to the garage so it could be hauled away. Broken Items and No Resolution!!! Broke my bookcase and it was totally destroyed and the mover even wrote it on the form. They later said they would try to repair my item and that is the last I have ever heard from them. Basically my move cost me $1000 since they keep reposting the original charge that I had removed from my credit card. I would never use this company again!!! On the drive to Burlington the driver nearly rear ended me at the lights from following too close!!!
Stolen IPOD I used Two Men and a Truck from West Allis, WI and my son's IPOD was stolen during the move. I patiently searched all boxes and furniture before contacting them about the missing IPOD. I was told to recheck everything, which I did and after additional attempts to contact them, they stopped returning my calls. I would never use them again and was very disappointed in their lack of professionalism in this matter. DONT CHANCE YOUR VALUABLES WITH THEM - THEY CANNOT BE TRUSTED!
Great Service! We used Two Men & A Truck to move into our new house in July and couldn't be more pleased. The movers showed up earlier than scheduled and worked very hard and fast the entire time they were here. All of our furniture and boxes arrived safely and the movers placed everything in the correct rooms so we didn't have to spend the day after the move searching for things. Two Men & A Truck made our move go very smoothly. We will definitely use them if we move again!

RELAX As a current worker for TMAAT you have to understand that there are certain things in our job that happen that we cannot control. things such as: People not putting exactly what they want moved on the move sheet when they schedule. (which in then makes their move longer, which cuts into the next moves time) traffic times cannot be controlled, there may be an accident or a backup in traffic and we're simply stuck. certain parks of the milwaukee area have to be avoided due to low bridges that we cannot fit under. and suc... read more
TMAAT is the BEST!!!! I am about to use TMAAT for the second time to move 1/4 of the way across the country. The first move was 5 years ago and they were not only on time, but enthusiastic and took great care of all our belongings. My family back home uses them for personal and business purposes and would not use anyone else. We are in the process of moving from Cincinnati back to Appleton, WI and are once again going to use TMAAT from West Allis.
