No, thanks.... Didn't have very good customer service. Didn't return phone call....I called Hammond Movers and was pleasantly greeted and booked the move with them instead.
Very Good Service I've used this company 3 times now and will make the 4th appt. soon. They've always been on time, quick, mindful of weather conditions and my carpeting, and the rate is excellent. They once broke a desk getting it out of the truck but had it repaired and returned within 2 weeks. I've never had the problems others have written about here and would recommend these guys to everyone.
Didn't show up! We tried to use this company for moving, but they didn't even show up! We had made an appointment and everything, or so we thought, over the phone, and we expected them to show up on the Saturday morning. They didn't come, and when we called, they said they had no record of our appointment. We ended up having a horrible moving day because we had to scramble around for a rental truck and get family and friends to help. Don't trust this company at all!
what a ripoff They sell themselves as the reasonably priced movers. And yes the hourly rate is low, but they work so slow compared to other movers I used and they purposely stall just to be able to charge more. They tried to bill me for their lunch hour. They were careless and chipped some furniture that I had to deal with them on. Pay more and you will pay the same elsewhere.
