Great experience I recently moved with Two Men and a Truck and it was great. The men they sent treated me with care as well as my items. I haven't moved for 25 years and it's so stressful. But everything went well. I highly recommend them. Also, there was a small scratch and it was taken care of immediately. I know that everything can't make it perfect but that service was amazing. Also, they have moved to Kemper, not on Cornell. Thanks all!
Fair Warning - Bad Business! It was one of the stormiest days on record in Anderson Township (June 21st) however, the 2 men sent to move us said they had no choice - that the company makes them move people in this type of weather. So, we let them wait inside the house for over an hour during the majority of the lightening! I can't really blame the workers for the damage that was done to the furniture in this type of weather but the response from (Greg, the Operations Manager) has been extremely unprofessional. Move with caution!!! I used this company to move into a brand new home. They weren't careful with my belongings and the damaged the house by wedging a dime in the top of a door to hold it open. They forgot that they put it there and I didn't know they had done it. Then they forced the door shut when they left and broke the molding! Further it was raining when we moved. My new home was full of MUD from them not using the sidewalks or driveway. Yes they were inexpensive to make the move but the aftermath sure was costly!
Friendly and Helpful This is a great way to cut your expense when you need a truck to move and a few helpers. The drivers help load and unloading which in our case was very helpful since we had so many boxes and stuff to move.
movers They have a 18 foot truck that they bring. They have all the equipment that they need- dollies and blankets. They are very good movers. They have their own staff. They don't hire temporary workers to do the work. They are insured and bonded. They do free estimates and I found the estimate to be very accurate. They also do it 7 days a week. They work by the hour, so you have to watch them, but generally, they didn't slack off.
Not good on damage control I used this local company twice and although they're pretty efficient, the movers can't seem to move everything without damaging something. The first move's damaged items weren't noticed immediatesly so we had to accept that. We decided to try them again...BIG MISTAKE!! The damaged item was reported immediately and here we are.. month and a half later...still waiting for some sort of response and/or compensation. We're talking about a $700.00 TV! I will not use this company again.
bad customer service from office The moving guys were great. Professional, polite, and efficient. They moved a 1700 sq ft house from North Toledo to Waterville in 7 hours, which still amazes me. A few items were slightly damaged during the move, but nothing outside the realm of expectations for a move of this size. Excellent Service I have used Two Men and a Truck to move several times both within the city of Milwaukee and between Milwaukee and Chicago. Each move has been nothing short of excellent. The TMAAT office staff have always been prompt, courteous and accommodating and the movers have always been friendly, efficient and careful with my belongings. Without hesitation, I highly recommend Two Men and Truck to my friends, family and colleagues and I would never use any other company for my moves.
GREAT SERVICE My husband and I used TM&AT in West Allis, WI and found them to be reasonable in rate, very responsive, and thoughtful of our needs / expectations. Some of our furniture was very over sized and the effort to make sure we didn't have to use a larger truck or two trucks for our move was truly appreciated. I have recommended TM&AT in West Allis to others and all have shared their appreciation for the referral, having had a positive experience as well. They live up to their slogan "Movers Who Care".
