Poor customer service – Our movers showed up 2 hours late without notice. We did not receive any communication that they might be late and had to leave multiple voicemails to get an answer. This set us back in a major way since we were suposed to be out of the old place by a specific time - which we were not, therefore making us elgible for charges by the apartment company.
