Extremely unprofessional from local franchises to corporate. Tricked me ( Bill Richards) into packing( fragile & paintings) so their insurance would cover…interstate move from Marietta, GA to Lexington, KY. The head of the crew, Antonio, pressured tips upon arrival & request lunch to be provided. Went as far to follow to an ATM for tip before departure. Arrived a day late( when called Antonio, at 5:30 pm day to arrive wondering where they were, responded laughing, having cocktails at the hotel) and stored in garage until hom... read more
Was very pleased with the two men they sent to help me move furniture. They were very communicative and prompts. Definitely recommend them!
Had two stops for them the day of my move. One to pick up some furniture and want to come to an apartment to pick up the rest of the furniture to take to another apartment. The guys were jovial, prompt, communicative, and got the job done!
Patrick and Andrew was amazing this is the first time I ever had movers very professional they need a raise
