Working with Two Men and a Truck, Lexington was a great experience. Pamela in Customer Service was very helpful and accommodating. Thomas and Austin handled moving several large pieces of furniture with great care. These pieces held a lot of memories for me and are irreplaceable. I would highly recommend using them - very professional and courteous!
Jalen and Nicholas made moving a breeze. Every single request I had for them was handled with politeness and patience. Jalen walked through the costs thoroughly, and made sure I was fully aware how much everything was going to come out to be as the move went along. The two men and a truck team operate like a well oiled machine, the quote was fair and straight to the point as was setting up the appointment. The dynamic duo that is Randal and Kaleb called me the day of and said they had someone cancel so they were able to move my appointment up a couple hours. Besides moving my heavy furniture the guys made great conversation and were extremely careful and moved diligently with my belongings, 15/10 those guys are rock stars. The movers handled our furniture with care and were very nice. However, the final cost was significantly higher than we expected; it ended up being over double the initial estimate. This made financial planning quite challenging. Additionally, the manager left a message to check on how our move went, but despite my efforts to return his call four times, he never got back to me.
