We hired these movers to load a container to move my mother's furniture to Omaha. They showed total disregard for her things and every piece of furniture arrived damaged.Because they were only responsible for the load portion of the move, we had no recourse. We thought we were hiring professionals that would properly pack the container, but even I know not to stack wrought iron patio furniture and heavy boxes on top of an unprotected antique dining table. Awful experience with this company. Here is the blow-by-blow: -They quoted me at 7 hours with 3 men, it ended up taking 12+ hours. -They sent a mover who would carry in 1 small item at a time and ask me where literally every item went despite the fact that I labeled everything. -They also improperly loaded the truck so they moved all of my possessions into the street and sidewalk surrounding the van, and then had to repack the truck. DO NOT USE! They damage several items in my house and wanted to "patch" things that needed to be replaced. The patch is a temporary solution and my house is in worse shape than prior to them moving the furniture in and denting the walls and molding. Two Men and A Truck doesn't want to accept responsibility for the damages they caused. Do not go through what we've experienced or you'll regret it. Do yourself a favor and choose another moving company who is responsible and takes care in your house.DO NOT USE!

I cannot express enough how BAD this company is and I cannot stress enough to NEVER use them! Our move started off bad and went way downhill from there! Our movers were 90 minutes late with no call. I called twice and was given a vague " they must be on the way"l When they showed up they started moving very quickly and less than an hour in the issues began. I just had a move from the south side all the way up to West Allis. They did a fantastic job! I could not have been more pleased. It was snowing and the weather was gross- but they never complained. They were professionals. There were no issues with my move- but if there was, the insurance is fully included. I would use them again for sure- and will tell all my friends to call.

Be careful to recommend this company although you had a good experience. There might be 2 kinds of teams. One is good workers’ team and the other is bad workers’ team. You might have met a good team, but others didn’t. Nobody knows which team comes except the company. Once the bad team comes to you, you will realize the price is very high because the bad team spends time in vain almost twice or more and makes damage. Also, this company’s system is not good. I arranged to have these guys move me. I was very clear with them that I needed a piano moved from a 2nd story apartment to a house. When I called 3 days before my move to confirm everything they suddenly decided that they could no longer move a piano from a 2nd story apartment. BEWARE!!!!!!! Our movers "allegedly" stole money from our home and now say they never saw the item in question when it was moved into our new home and we did not move it b/c we obviously forgot to pack this item (which should not have been touched/moved at all b/c it was not packed or secured, the representative at the office told me before hand they were only allowed to handle boxes, furniture and tubberware containers). The worst movers that I have ever had. They showed up late and when they did arrive they were tired. The main mover had a limp and the help stood around and watched. They only completed half the move. They stopped somewhere and add time to transit when the job was on an hourly rate. They destroyed the plastic cover on the mattress making the mattress open to the elements in storage and didn't put the drawers back in the dresser. They didn't know how to pack a storage unit.
