the ladies did a wonderful job.. Very cost effective..
My expectations for this company were so very high. I had great communication and they seemed to understand my needs and wants. I had some unique requests as I have an adult Autistic kiddo in my home and consistently was very important with who they sent to the house! My first set of cleaners were nothing short of amazing. I was told two maids would show up, only one did. When I called the company to discuss what happened, I was then told that they don’t promise two maids will show up, they only promise the job will get done. No apology or reduction in rate or any resolution was offered whatsoever. Apparently deceptive marketing and an utter lack of professionalism is acceptable these days.
