I tried this company for the first time for a deep cleaning and at first everything looked great. When I started to sit or walk through certain locations of my home, where the light hit just right. I started to see things that had not been cleaned (areas of flooring not mopped or dusted) I really don’t like to complain, so I had already booked a regular clean and decided to wait to see how that one went. The scheduling process was easy: I booked a 2-hour cleaning (11–1 arrival time) online. Two days prior, they confirmed a new window of 12–2. On the day of, I got a call at 2:15 that cleaners were en route, arriving at 2:45. I requested a focus on bathrooms, floors, and the kitchen. They left at 4. Bathrooms excellent, as were kitchen counters and the sink. However, they missed the refrigerator, every floor, pantry doors, fixtures, and cabinets, leaving 45 minutes early despite these misses. My experience was really bad. They don't clean properly. I let them do their work and after they left I went to check my bath wasn't clean with hair, two bedrooms exactly as I left them prior their coming to clean. So careless.
