Convinced this place doesn't exist. I had a service estimated between 8-10 and no one showeed up. Every time I called, I got transferred fo their national sales center as they couldn't get ahold of the owner, Nicole. Finally at 10:15 they got ahold of her and they said she'd call me back. She didn't. When I finally called and got an answer, she literally sounded like she rolled out of bed. She said maybe she can get someone there between 12-2. What a joke and waste of a day off. I reached out to this company via their website and provided all of the information requested. I received a text asking for more information so I responded via text asking them to let me know what additional information is needed. I then received a reply, asking for the exact same information that I completed on their website. I did not make a big deal out of it. Hired them for deep cleaning . Was quoted 700+ dollars for the whole house ( we usually pay around 200$ for regular cleaning of the whole house). Went with 10 hrs of service ( 2 workers for 5 hrs ) for 436$. They were only able to clean half of the house ( 1 bedroom + 1.5 bath + livings rooms + kitchen) in that duration.
