Unacceptable w/pictures to prove it. Not a single floor mopped, sinks/tubs/showers not scrubbed, furniture partially dusted, rugs not vacuumed. Pretty sure straight vinegar used somewhere, b/c the downstairs restroom reeked. Worst service I’ve ever received. ******3/9/22 update****** While we didn't receive the cleaning service we expected, after speaking with the owner, we came to a mutually agreeable solution.
After struggling to find a cleaning service at a reasonable price, I am relieved to have found Two Maids and a Mop. Scheduling is consistent, yet flexible so if I need to change the day or time, they are almost always able to accommodate. They are also very responsive to feedback and respectful when I've made requests. Nothing better than walking into a clean, fresh smelling home!
I had Two maids and a Mop come to my home and was astonished on their performance. The two young women that came to my house were very professional and courteous. My whole home was spotless, dustless and sparkling. I would recommend them, especially the team that came was remarkable. Management was a pleasure to deal with. Very oriented and extremely professional, he was also very easy and enthusiastic in engaging in our business. 10 stars!
When I walked into my house I noticed that it didn’t have a just cleaned smell to it, also pieces of debris were on my floor and I noticed that my kitchen floor wasn’t mopped, and my dining room table wasn’t wiped down, and My tub wasn’t cleaned to my liking. Also when I walked into my basement I noticed that my floor wasn’t vacuumed and my tv stand wasn’t dusted and my shelves were left dusty.
