The service provided (a deep clean) was good and the staff curteous but it had to be pointed out that the bathroom floor wasn't clean and after they left it was noticed that cobwebs were left on the ceiling fixture in the kitchen. These things could have been overlooked but we have repeatedly requested an invoice/receipt for the service and have had no response from the main office.
