My wife and I are very pleased with the service we received from Two Maids Newton! The team arrived on time, cleaned thoroughly, and did an excellent job. We had soap scum in all of our bathrooms, and they removed all of it. The cleaners were also very kind. Although there was a language barrier, they used Google Translate, and we were able to communicate without any issues. We were so impressed with the quality of the cleaning that we signed up for recurring service. Highly recommend!
Two Maids does not have any respect for the sanctity of clients’ homes. Do not hire them. I just had two cleaners from two maids in my home. I scheduled a deep clean for an 11am to 2pm time block. They arrived at 1:50 pm and began cleaning. I told the cleaner whose English sounded fluent to me that I had a meeting about 10 mins away and would need to leave at 2:30. Ana and Ita did an amazing job, they were very thorough. It was expensive, but they quote you ahead of time, and explain all of the extra things that get done in the premium service over the basic service.
We have been with Two Maids Newton for a few months and continue to be so impressed each and every time! We always feel we get way more value for our money than we expect - that’s because of the thoughtful touches that the team puts in place every time. I am also appreciative of the flexibility in scheduling that is offered, given we have unpredictable work weeks. I came across the team from a targeted Instagram ad, and this is the first time I can say that the ad actually delivered and exceeded on expectations.
