Our November deep clean was excellent — the two cleaners were thorough, friendly, and did an awesome job. Our December standard clean was very disappointing. Floors still had debris, and there were salt-water marks by the front door like the mop bucket hadn’t been changed. My wife ended up remopping after they left. Honestly, after the first visit, it almost felt like they sent the best crew to win our business and get us to commit — because the difference the second time was shocking.
Exactly what I had asked for plus more. Will definitely schedule again when Patty and Mary are available.
My home is sparkling clean! Thanks to Natalie and Alexa, who did a fantastic, thorough job, attending to every detail that needed attention. They were dedicated to getting the job done right, while working at a steady pace. I couldn't ask for a better experience. As a matter of fact, I have already scheduled for them to come back again for regularly scheduled cleanings. I'm very thankful!
