I have been using this cleaning service for a while now and absolutely love my girls. Natalie and Alexa are always on time, super friendly and always go out of their way to help with extra things I need help with. 100% recommend them.
Inexperienced cleaners basically does surface cleaning and not thoroughly. As a new company in the area, I thought I would work with them to improve their skills, didn’t work. Today, I canceled the services due to poor performance. They missed so many areas; dining room rug not vacuumed, one bedroom not cleaned at all, bathroom was left with hairs on the floor. Stairs weren’t cleaned until I mentioned it. When I called the company, the response was unacceptable so I cancelled.
The girls are awesome!!!!!! Did everything I wanted them to do !
10/10 would recommend this company. I am so glad I switched house cleaners, the team was very thorough, the house is spotless and they are very professional and friendly.
I love this cleaning company. I have never had a bad clean. Staff is always nice and their cleaning has been great
