I was worried about finding a new cleaning person after having the same woman clean my home for years. After doing extensive research, I decided to give TwoMaids of Woodstock a try. Megan and Heather did not disappoint. They were professional and thorough. (Even with my two dogs harassing them for pets the whole time) TwoMaids prices were a little more than I found at other places, but you get what you pay for. If you're looking for a great job and very friendly service, look no further. 5 stars, would recommend.
Horrible company and experience. They charge you for;cleaning YET theyVbarely shim the surface and do not do what they say do. They do not honor their word and God for bid you dispute the quality of the work or have a problem. My front door was left unlocked for the entire day. Thankfully I wasn't robbed! Have on camera they didn't even mop the floors yet charged me over $400. We had a very frustrating experience with 2 Maids. We originally scheduled a cleaning service but later decided to use a family friend instead. We contacted the company to cancel the week prior to our scheduled cleaning, and Anna confirmed that our reservation had been canceled. Despite this confirmation, a cleaning crew still showed up at our home on the scheduled day. They arrived an hour later than the time frame we had been given initially. We had an exceptional experience with Two Maids, starting with a deep clean and now moving into their bi-weekly premium service, and the bar has been set very high. Misty and Meghan did a phenomenal job. Their attention to detail was outstanding, the kind you notice immediately and keep noticing days later. Every room felt reset, not just cleaned.
