I’ve been using two maids for the last 6 months and they’ve been so great in helping to keep our house clean. Good communication, they show up on time, they know how to be thorough while also minimally invasive. I’ve had quite a few of their crews come, and have always been impressed with the work. Most recently Shelby, misty, and Vicky did a fantastic job.
Shantel is so amazing and a joy to have around. The care and attention she gives our home is almost like it's her home too, and that's really all one can ask for. Five-stars all around for a job well done!!
Great experience from scheduling to receiving service! Prompt response at initial contact. Cynthia answered all of my questions and quickly scheduled service. Heather and Amber did a tremendous job cleaning. They are friendly and professional. I have already scheduled to continue with bi- weekly service.
The two ladies that cleaned our house did a good job cleaning - however they did not finish the job. They were here for 3 hours and did not even vaccum the floor in the living room or wipe down the kitchen table. For reference, we live in a town home - so it’s not like our space is massive. While I appreciate the work of these girls, it feels inadequate to get a job half finished for three hours work.
