I cannot recommend this cleaning company. This was my first time using these cleaners, and they left scratches on my stainless steel cooktop and microwave. I sent pictures to the manager the same day after I noticed the damage and she is refusing to even admit they caused it. All of my appliances are new and have been used for less than 1 year. Wouldn’t recommend for cleaning service. They cleaned my mothers home and left her in tears after trying to get them to address the lack of cleanliness. I went over with her to help her clean after the move out clean was a total waste of of her money. They blamed my tub being dirty as reason for a poor job. Two Maid response that they can’t find my mom is also a bad way to do business because they also haven’t had the owner contact her regarding her review of services provided Monday, April 7. Excellent service! Prompt and very efficient. Couldn’t ask for better service. These 2 ladies worked every moment assuring my house was clean and done to my satisfaction. Every room felt & smelled clean. Thank you ladies! See you in 2 weeks.
