Quality of cleaning is done well but there is lack of communication during or even post cleaning. They gave me quotes and went back on it and are trying to charge more for rooms and areas I told them I didn't want cleaned regularly . They walked thru my house prior and agreed to the minimal square footage I wanted and the work and they finished within the alotted 2 hrs. It was a team of 3 .
