I have tried to reach out for some help with there seaweed that I have bought. I bought 6 bags of their red seaweed and it is not seaweed. It’s just big chunks. I buy a lot of seaweed because I have a 300 gallon along with a 180 gallon. I still haven’t heard from them. Hopefully I can hear from them soon. Please let me know if you have had the same problem
