Two Lights Settlement recently handled the transfer of my home in Saco. Poor communication from the beginning pushed back the closing date two separated times. Once the closing finally did happen, they delayed wiring the proceeds for 3 days and blamed their bank. Finally, after 4 days of requesting the document package they sent it with errors they refuse to fix. Unprofessional! Good Luck!
