This is by far the worst Property management company I have ever dealt with. I have lived in many luxury apartments throughout Houston and the COMPLETE lack of proper communication from the Property Manager AND their assistants is a complete joke. I would never live here again and I would never recommend this property to anyone I know. I lived at 2 LE for 2 years. Family issues required me to move out. The management (cynthia) was very helpful and understanding. The residents are great (especially in the summer) and you can mingle and participate at your own speed. Don’t be surprised if someone comes up and offers you a sample of something they’re cooking on the pits Overall, the complex is very well built and quiet.
