Absolutely love it here! The residents are the best and the staff is just as amazing! Wouldn’t choose anywhere else to live in The Woodlands 😊
Just a disclaimer: If you decide to put furniture on the carpet, and I mean anything, you will be charged an UNNECESSARY carpet replacement, so be prepared to sleep on the floor. Spent the first 6 months living here with one of the elevators out, a neighbor got arrested the day of my move in, and I almost got hit in the parking lot at least 1000 times. They will charge you for just about anything and run your security deposit dry. I would not recommend living here because they will stiff you of your money!!!!!
A stunning and inviting atmosphere. The staff is incredibly kind and professional, making the planning process a breeze. It’s a great choice for the experience and value it offers.
Poor Communication and Inflexible Policies - Proceed with Caution While the facilities and location are nice, our experience with this property was disappointing in the end. We arranged a 2-month rental with a clear move-out date in early June that was discussed and agreed upon by all parties from day one. Their minimum rental requirement was a 3 -month lease, so we agreed on paying the extra month.
