Awesome place to live! We had a biggest 1750 square feet apartment face to Postino restaurant and lake , we -kids and puppy loved staying there but was too small for us Our rooms -always sunny ☀️ and we could see beautiful sunsets ,interior was nice with floor to ceiling windows. Great location and management.
As a resident of this location for nearly 4 years I can no longer recommend this apartment complex. As soon as Greystar management took over it has gone down hill considerably. When crimes occur the residents notify one another rather than the office notifying residents of incidents. In the past week storage units that are inside the building were broken into and entire units rummaged through with no sign of forced entry. Management refused to replace door locks stating the locks weren’t broken when there is clearly an issue... read more
