DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY AND DO NOT BUY A BUILD FROM THIS COMPANY. Our home is only a few years old and we have had 3 water leaks which effected both levels of our home causing over $120,000 in repairs - plumber we hired said it was due to cheap materials. The paint is cheap apartment grade. The columns outside are uneven and leaning. Our door was put on backwards. The exterior paint was chipping off so we had to repaint the entire exterior. Beware of this guy Haime. He acts like he will do the work but will immediately turn around and hire a GC under his license. Then, if there is any dispute with the owner, he cuts off the GC and walks away with the money.
