Waiting right now on getting a deposit back. Going on two months and was reassured by maintenance that the condition was impeccable and would be receiving full deposit minus some bills. call no one answers phone and no one ever at office. And when we do make contact told they mailed but would call back to confirm address and still haven’t received call. No check, no call..they are in serious violation of Illinois statues
I absolutely love these apartments! Raimondo, the property manager, was fantastic and made the whole process so easy for me and my husband. The apartment is great and the staff are the best! It’s always clean and Raimondo is always available when we need him.
I rented my apartment sight unseen, I used online 3D tours, Floor plans and many questions to DaVona. She was responsive and helpful in making my decision to rent. The amenities that attracted me to 2 Itasca Place were its location, attached heated parking garage and 9 foot ceilings. I was pleasantly surprised when seeing my unit. First the garage is clean and there is a small space in front of your space for a cart (for groceries, ect ).
