At or around 7:30pm on the 28th of December, we brought in a 4-month-old infant with a persistent fever who has not yet received vaccinations. When my sister asked the front-desk nurse about care and timing, she was dismissed in a condescending manner, told “all staff are busy doing rounds, please sit down,” and was physically shooed away with a hand gesture.
