I ordered Korean corn dogs for my mom and she usually likes them without any dirty sauce or else she won’t eat them so when I got my order I noticed both corn dogs that I ordered had dirty sauce on them so I kindly asked if they can be redone. One of the workers working the cashier was very rude and yelling at her coworker I felt so bad, he rudely said that it wasn’t his problem because he didn’t make them and I felt that the female coworker was scared of him. This older Asian man made our corn dogs wrong and when we asked him to remake it (nicely) he refused. He then started screaming at me and my friends and their mom, he then refused to give us a refund even though we asked nicely. He finally agreed to give us a refund after 20 minutes, and this was after he had already been very rude to us while we were ORDERING! He was very rude and didn’t give us any of the corn dogs we ordered! Horrible customer service.
No customer service... seems like they don't enjoy working there... they took off the ketchup section so you must ask for some & napkins which they only give you 2 of each, it's ridiculous. Plus 50 cents for a small ranch plus tax is extremely nonsense. I use to like this spot.. now I have 0 desire to return. DO BETTER OR FIND ANOTHER JOB!

Okay, so today my 82-year-old grandmother and i went here to pick up lunch for the rest of the family. We arrived and were not greeted. Once we asked the older gentleman who was working there that had completely been ignoring us if we could order, he immediately became angry.
