The phone is disconnected and there's a fan blowing that usually means a water leak somewhere they're covering up, annoying when you have to wait in a blower fan vortex. How hard is no ketchup? I don't speak spanish but I kept hearing "salsa" which means sauce, one sounded annoyed with the other and they didn't redo it... nope they put ketchup on a whole extra dog as well that doesn't get it. Bad help, bad manager, I'm not saying it's the language but english helps. No salsa could mean any sauce, no ketchup means no ketchup.... read more
