My experience with Liquidation was extremely disappointing. The behavior of the staff was unprofessional and at times outright rude. I expected at least decent customer service, but what I got was close to zero — no help, no courtesy, and no respect for customers. On top of that, the prices were surprisingly high for a liquidation store. I expected deals and discounts, but what I found were overpriced items that didn’t match the quality. “I purchased this water washer with high expectations, but I’m very disappointed. The pressure is much weaker than advertised, and it doesn’t clean properly. When I told them and wanted to return because it's not working properly, the guy said no return policy even the product is damaged or not working. Seriously? Please don't go to this place

For anyone biding on their HiBid auctions, BEWARE THEY BID UP THEIR OWN ITEMS! Pretty dishonest and as the other reviews have mentioned, it is best to steer clear of this place...

UPDATE: IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD. I received a phone number to call. Called and spoke with Monty. Refund was not received in December because I did not bring the item back which was NOT stated in his email - he advised in email that refund would be applied for next auction. He told me to have “common sense” and that obviously I would need to bring the item back. He then advised that items that say “new/in box” are almost always going to be missing hardware.
