UPDATE: IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD. I received a phone number to call. Called and spoke with Monty. Refund was not received in December because I did not bring the item back which was NOT stated in his email - he advised in email that refund would be applied for next auction. He told me to have “common sense” and that obviously I would need to bring the item back. He then advised that items that say “new/in box” are almost always going to be missing hardware. Twice now I've ordered "new" items that clearly weren't new. Both didn't come with the necessary hardware and now they don't reply to emails.

Buyer beware! I have done Business with several auctions. They need to do a better job at checking their items before listing them on the auction! I have received used items advertise as new and even items that were completely different than what’s advertised. I gave 2stars instead of 1 because some items were great and they do accept returns it’s just a hassle. Check you items and take pictures of the actual products not just the website.
