after a party, things got pretty messy and i really thought my carpet was beyond saving. since it was my first time hiring a carpet cleaning service, i called around to a few local companies in arlington, but once i spoke with two guys carpet service, i felt confident i had found the right team. raymond was very polite and helpful on the phone, explained the carpet cleaning process in simple terms, and made scheduling easy for the next day. he even sent a message before arrival, showed up on time, and got right to work treat... read more

I highly recommend this carpet cleaning service. raymond and Elias are honest, dependable, knowledgeable, and very helpful. raymond is always willing to share simple advice about carpet care and even helped with tips for choosing new carpet that would hold up well in a busy home. When we had a water heater leak that soaked parts of the carpet, they responded right away, even though it was near the end of their work day. They arrived quickly, helped with the water cleanup, and made sure the affected carpeted areas were treate... read more

i was really impressed with the service from Two Guys Carpet Service. It was a big relief to find someone available for carpet cleaning on a Sunday afternoon, especially when i needed fast help after my dog had an accident on the carpet. I did not want the spot and odor to sit too long and soak deeper into the fibers. When i called, they answered right away, listened carefully, and gave me a clear quote over the phone. Setting up the appointment was easy, and raymond and Elias arrived on time as promised. They explained the ... read more

Elias was friendly, helpful, and explained the cleaning process clearly from start to finish. They took their time, treated the fabric with care, and did a great job removing dirt, pet hair, and everyday buildup. My sofas looked refreshed, and everything smelled clean and fresh afterward. The whole service felt thorough and professional, and the results m... read more

i had the carpets in three rooms deep cleaned recently, and the whole carpet cleaning service was easy from start to finish. raymond was very quick to respond to my first call and asked which days worked best for my schedule instead of expecting me to work around his. he arrived on time, was polite and professional, and did excellent work on the carpet. the rooms looked fresher, the fibers felt cleaner, and the overall result was much better than i expected, especially for such a fair price. i was so happy with the carpet an... read more
