Nicolas did an excellent job on our carpet, especially the stairs and hallway, and he also refreshed our sofa, chair, and ottoman so they looked close to new again. I've never written a review before but this is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. They missed 3 promised service windows then when they finally arrived they demanded cash to clean the carpet. To top it all off, a week after they cleaned the carpet, the room still smells like a wet dog. I have been told 20 times that the manager is going to call me back. Still waiting.....
