Two Guys Carpet Service did an amazing job cleaning my rug. I truly did not think it could be saved because it had been badly neglected for a long time before I got it, but it came back looking almost brand new. They took extra time to treat every stain and spot, and they even fixed the rug backing for me, which was a huge help. The whole process showed real care, skill, and knowledge about rug and carpet cleaning. I was so happy with the results and with how fresh, clean, and renewed the rug looked when they were done. After I sent in an online quote request, Maddox called me within a few hours with a clear estimate and easy instructions for the rug cleaning process. He emailed a shipping label right away, and everything was simple to set up. Throughout the whole process, Maddox kept me updated, answered my questions, and even se... read more

They fully removed the spill from my white sectional, which honestly seemed impossible at first. The fabric looks fresh, clean, and bright a... read more

They were upfront about the results and explained that some stains can sometimes return later depending on the carpet fibers and how deep the contamination went, and I really appreciated that honesty. The carpet cleaning service was very thorough, and Nicolas was polite, professio... read more
