If I could give zero stars, I would. STAY AWAY!!! The quote they provided was per room even though they asked me how many rooms. They didn’t give a total cost. Ok, shame on me for thinking this was the deal of the century. They use essentially the “Rug Doctor” type of push cleaner you can rent at the hardware store and have the audacity to charge $220/room. The website says they will move furniture if practicable or possible. The person who showed up would not move the lightweight (5lbs?) end table let alone move around the ... read more
