The best guys in the business. Cecil and Michael are real pro's. They have done all VON design and installation as well as my theater design and installation through two remodels. . George Lovato Jr.
I have worked with two guys in a wire for many years as they have replaced and positioned much of my entertainment system and have always done an excellent job
Spoke with Cecil on phone. Made an appointment for him to come the next day to see my system. He never showed up, called or texted. Left me waiting. Bad news
Charges a lot of money and doesn’t provide follow up service or warranty work. Will not return calls. Locked my equipment cabinet, kept all the codes and passwords, won’t come to fix issues. I need access just to get someone else to work on it. Filed complaint with BBB. Cecil Ward is an unethical person. Don’t waste your money. They system doesn’t work like it should. Ripped off.
