My experience with the shop owner was extremely disappointing. There was nothing wrong with my car, yet the first thing he asked was whether I had brought the parts myself. He told me they didn’t have the parts and that I needed to provide them, which was never communicated beforehand. This shop was a terrible experience for me. This shop was a terrible experience for me. They replaced my spark plug and ended up causing issues with my car. A warning light started flashing, and when I brought the car back, they insisted everything was fine. Later, my car broke down in the middle of the highway. When I called them, the owner told me it wasn’t their responsibility. They caused the problem and still charged me $250 for a diagnosis. This is by far the worst shop I’ve ever been to.
