This business is a window washing and gutter cleaning service. Do not trust them with ice and snow removal for your roof. They are under equipped for any but the smallest jobs. They arrived late in the day and did a quick and incomplete job. Their rate of $375 is far too high, 2.5 hours was $875. They said they would cut channels in the ice to drain the roof, and they did not, resulting in additional water intrusion. These are not your guys for serious jobs.
