Drives like a clown
Chris, company rep, has canceled appointment with me after 10 min pass time of our appointment. Just said: let reschedule, because it took me longer time with previous customer, and if I come to you, I will be late to my next customer. For some reason he decided to skip appointment with me! I had to cancel my other stuff to be home for that time. Very unprofessional. Wonder how they do their work, if they are not even able to keep 15 mins appointments!
