My husband and I had such a great experience purchasing our Bromptons at Two Folds Bike Shop! Michael was absolutely amazing and truly went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our bikes and took the time to show us how to fold/unfold them. I had a great experience with Michael at Two Fold during my recent visit to St. Petersburg. I went in one day because my Brompton was making a funny noise. Michael had a lot of jobs lined up for the day, but he took the time to check it out, and ended up finding several minor but significant safety issues, which he tweaked to fix at no cost. A couple days later, I noticed that after these tweaks I began having a new issue with downshifting. It was a pleasure purchasing two bikes from Michael. He took his time explaining all about the bike when we initially looked at them and test rode. He kept us up to date when the bikes would arrive. When we purchased them he made sure to educate us completly on the operation and any maintenance on the bikes.
