I had a great experience with Michael at Two Fold during my recent visit to St. Petersburg. I went in one day because my Brompton was making a funny noise. Michael had a lot of jobs lined up for the day, but he took the time to check it out, and ended up finding several minor but significant safety issues, which he tweaked to fix at no cost. It was a pleasure purchasing two bikes from Michael. He took his time explaining all about the bike when we initially looked at them and test rode. He kept us up to date when the bikes would arrive. When we purchased them he made sure to educate us completly on the operation and any maintenance on the bikes.
I recently tried to order an e-bike directly from Dahon, and have it shipped to a local bike shop. Two-Fold wasn't shown as a delivery option, but I ordered it anyway. After ordering it, Michael tipped me off about a Dahon Father's Day sale that was underway. Dahon hadn't shipped the bike yet, so I was able to cancel the order and have Michael order it for me on sale from Dahon, which saved me about $1,000!
